It’s officially Spring in the northern hemisphere, and that usually triggers desires for beach bodies and smoothies. Personally, I’m not the girl who prescribes to the “New Year, New Me!” mantra that hits many people around January 1st, but as soon as the weather gets warmer, I’m motivated. Maybe it’s the reality of short sleeves being a necessary thing soon? Maybe it’s just the positivity that warmer weather brings. Whatever it is, I felt the need to get out of the unhealthy habits I’d fallen into over the past two months, and get some workout motivation. I wanted to share with you guys some things that work for me to get me motivated, and also give you a look at two books that really kicked my butt into gear (literally and figuratively) when it comes to fitness.
